If you want to move a control by cutting and pasting:

Select the control.

Press Ctrl + X on the keyboard. Upon pressing Ctrl + X, a dotted lined border will display on the control that has been cut.

Place the cursor where you want to place the cut control.

Press Ctrl + V on the keyboard.
Note:
Tables within child components cannot be cut and pasted.
Note:
If non-container control is selected when a paste is performed, the pasted content will be inserted after the selected control.
Note:
You cannot paste content from one screen or view to another.
If you want to clear the clipboard, press Esc on the keyboard.
