  1. In the Configuration module, select Workflow | Options. The Workflow Options dialog box is displayed.
  2. Select the Always Initiate Workflow on Reindex option.
  3. Click Save.

When this option is selected, documents re-indexed in OnBase will initiate Workflow automatically. The option to initiate Workflow will not be available in the Re-Index Document dialog box.

Note:

This option is not supported in the Unity Client Workflow interface.
