You can specify that the document should open in a separate window by selecting the Display in Separate Window option.
Note:
When performing this action directly from an Outlook e-mail message using the Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2016 or Integration for Microsoft Outlook 2019, the document will always be displayed in a separate Document Viewer window. This is because Outlook does not have its own viewer.
