To specify a Keyword Value to automatically be populated in the Import Document dialog box, select a Keyword Type from the drop-down menu and enter the Keyword Value in the field.
Note:
When using this action to create a revision of an existing document, an additional instance of a Keyword Value is added if one instance already exists.
