When you set a load balancing queue as a Rules Based queue, you can create load balancing work. Load balancing work occurs before system work. It can contain task lists, actions, and rules. Often, load balancing work is used to assign users to work. To create load balancing work:
- In a Rules Based queue, right-click and select New | Load Balancing Work.
- Create and configure the appropriate rules and actions with in Load Balancing Work for the queue.
