You can arrange panes in the Unity Workflow interface using the functionality that is embedded in the title bar of panes. Any changes you make are persisted and used the next time you open Workflow.
Note:
If you open multiple layouts during your Workflow session, the last layout you close will have its layout setting restored the next time you open Workflow.
