When using Firefox and the Separate Viewer Layout option, the user interaction window may not obtain focus when it should. If you are experiencing this behavior, a Firefox setting must be edited. To resolve the issue:
- In Firefox, select Firefox | Options | Options.
- Select the Content tab.
- Next to the Enable JavaScript option, click Advanced.
- Ensure that Raise or Lower Windows option is selected.
