The useDeficiencyPopForPhysicianAcknowledgment setting is a DeficiencyPop setting, and it is required to be set to true for the Clinician Complete and Return solution to function properly.
The useDeficiencyPopForPhysicianAcknowledgment setting is found under Hyland.Web.HealthcareWebViewer within the DeficiencyPop web.config file.
Set the value of the useDeficiencyPopForPhysicianAcknowledgment attribute to true. If the useDeficiencyPopForPhysicianAcknowledgment attribute is not present, add it by adding <useDeficiencyPopForPhysicianAcknowledgment value="true"/> to the Hyland.Web.HealthcareWebViewer element.
This setting allows you to redirect physicians to DeficiencyPop when a user views a document in the Healthcare Web Viewer that contains a Physician Acknowledgement task. When set to true, when a physician accesses a document in the Healthcare Web Viewer, if the document has a Physician Acknowledgement task for that physician, the physician is redirected to DeficiencyPop to complete the Physician Acknowledgement task.
