The Data Provider for the CCR - Provider Assignments Awaiting Action dashboard uses custom SQL and must be updated for each customer environment.
To update the Data Provider, you need to update the SQL statement by replacing placeholder data with the actual Keyword # of the Keyword Types found in OnBase Configuration.
To update the Data Provider:

Open the Reporting Dashboard in the Unity Client or Web Client.
- To open the Reporting Dashboard in the Unity Client, on the Home ribbon, click Dashboards.
- To open the Reporting Dashboard in the Web Client, click the menu button and, under Reporting Dashboards, click Gallery.
- Click the Administration button.
- Under Configuration Items, select Data Providers.
- Select CCR - Provider Assignments Awaiting Action.

In the Data Provider ribbon group, click
Configuration.
The Edit SQL query dialog box is displayed.

In the select statement, for each entry starting with
KG.kg###, ensure the number represented by
### is the Keyword # of the corresponding Keyword Type as
it appears in OnBase Configuration in the
Keyword Type Configuration dialog box.
Use the following table to determine which Keyword Type information needs to be used for each entry in the select statement:
select Entry Keyword Type Provider Number CCR Provider Number Provider Name CCR Provider Name Assignment Status CCR Assignment Status Status Handle CCR Status Handle Parent Handle CCR Parent Handle Assigned Date CCR Assigned Date - In the inner join entry hsi.keygroupdata###, ensure the number represented by ### is the Keyword Group # of the CCR - Form Assignment Keyword Type Group as it appears in OnBase Configuration in the Keyword Type Group Configuration dialog box.
- In the inner join entry hsi.keyitem###, ensure the number represented by ### is the Keyword number for the CCR Document Name Keyword Type as it appears in OnBase Configuration in the Keyword Type Configuration dialog box.

In the where clause, for each entry starting with
KG.kg###, ensure the number represented by
### is the Keyword # of the corresponding Keyword Type as
it appears in OnBase Configuration in the
Keyword Type Configuration dialog box.
Use the following table to determine which Keyword Type information needs to be used for each entry in the where clause:

Click Next.
The Data Provider is updated.
