This task list controls how user work queues are load balanced. The actions and rules in this task list rely on the configuration of User Groups. A User Group must be created for each set of users that will be load balanced. For more information, see Configuring the CCR - Admins User Group.
Note: This section is disabled by default and must be enabled and
configured to use load balancing.
Once the desired User Groups have been created, the configuration of the task list is performed in the following stages:
- Configure default work group property
- Configure standard user group properties
- Configure import source and assignment mapping for each standard group
At least two properties must be mapped to user groups, A default group and a standard work group. The default group will receive any documents that do get assigned to any standard user groups during load balancing.
