After enabling the secondary viewer, by default, the Secondary Viewer pane does not display any documents. When looking at documents in a queue, you may use the Related Items tab to open a document from the same queue in the Secondary Viewer pane.

To view a related item in the secondary viewer:

  1. Under the Inbox heading, click the Related Items tab.
  2. Select the parent document from the list.
    The parent document is displayed in the Secondary Viewer window.
