Documents arrive in this queue because when various errors occur, such as a document having an invalid status.
Note: Both parent documents and individual assignment forms may be
present in this queue.
There are two ad-hoc tasks available in this queue:
| Ad-Hoc Task | Description |

| Adjust Assignments | Displays the Physician Acknowledgement dialog for users to change the current assignments. The document will remain in the CCR - Exception queue until it is reprocessed. |
| Reprocess Exceptions | Moves the document back to a reprocessing queue. Administrators use this task to
initiate reprocessing after changes are made to the assignments or
issues in the life cycle are resolved.
