This lifecycle is responsible for cleaning up documents that were deleted during QA of either Post Link QA or QA Integrated Scans. Once a zSYS QA Shadow Document is created, it automatically gets added to this queue. Every time the timer kicks off, it evaluates if the document related to the zSYS QA Shadow Document has been deleted. If it has, an MDM^T11 is sent to the EMR to delete the original link.

Note: When a document is deleted during QA, it is permanently purged from the system. No Filed in Error document type is created and there is no way to recover the image.

If the related document has not been deleted, the zSYS QA Shadow Document stays in the queue to be re-evaluated next time the timer kicks off. Once the primary document has passed QA, the shadow document will be deleted as part of the Post Link QA or QA Integrated Scans logic.
