The Populate MRN using MPI and Department Task list starts by finding the Assigning Authority.
A Department AFKS must be set to map the Assigning Authority associated with each department.
Next the keyword values are copied to properties and a script is run. Using properties prevents the implementer from having to edit the script to include the exact keyword name. If the script is successful, it generates an output, a property with the correct MRN that is then copied to the MRN keyword.
If the script is unsuccessful the document is transitioned to Awaiting Review and a note is added to the document with a reason why the document is added to Awaiting Review.
