The Visit Level Tasks task list executes logic that should only be completed on visit (encounter) level documents.
If the visit level keyword is not populated the document is transitioned to Awaiting Review and a note is added to the document with a reason why the document is added to Awaiting Review.
All visit level documents must have the visit level keyword populated on them since it is required for chart attachment. If the document is not chart level, it must be moved to the appropriate non-chart level document type group (that is, Patient, Order).
