If the solution calls for the MRN to be populated on Epic Integrated Scanned documents, a Department Autofill Keyword Set is created. If this is not a requirement, skip to the next section.

1. Launch the Configuration Client.
2. Navigate to Keywords | AutoFill Keyword Sets.
3. Create a new AFKS, that is, MR - Department AFKS.
4. Select Standard AutoFill.
5. Add the keyword that is mapped to the Epic key Dept in the Front Office Scanning configuration. For newer customers this should be Capture Department. For older customers this might be Department.
6. Add Assigning Authority as the secondary keyword.
   Note: This autofill needs to be populated with the assigning authority that corresponds to each department.
