In customer environments where a CAC integration is used the the configuration item to send updates to CAC must be enabled. To enable this item open the T11 – Configuration queue and enable all of the tasks contained in the CAC task list.

In customer environments where Content Conditioning level 3 (CC03) is being used, enable the configuration item for CC03 handling.
