The Content Conditioning Type-3 solution is a Workflow Lifecycle designed to process and condition medical documents that have been scanned or imported into OnBase.
This conditioning ensures that the documents' keywords align with the information stored in autofill keyword sets and catch indexing errors. The documents with errors undergo manual review.
The Content Conditioning Type 3 solution also supports:
- Populating the Medical Record Number (MRN) using a combination of Master Patient Index (MPI) and Department
- QA Review of integrated scanned documents
- Sending HL7 links to the EMR after Index and again after QA (if corrections are made during QA)
Additional optional tasks specific to EMRs and Conversions can be enabled or disabled as per customer specifications and business processes.
