Perceptive Content Email Agent automatically captures and indexes emails and attachments based on values such as sender and recipient name, subject, date, and keywords. Emails and documents are imported directly into the Content repository. They can optionally be routed into a workflow process. Email Agent works with most POP3, IMAP, EWS, and Microsoft 365 mail servers.
