Annotations can be displayed or hidden on a document.

To toggle the display of annotations:

  1. Open a document with annotations in the content viewer.
  2. Click or tap Annotations from the viewer toolbar.
    Note:

    If the Annotations button is hidden, click or tap the More button in the viewer toolbar to display it.

    The Annotations menu is displayed.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • Select Hide Annotations to hide all annotations on the document.
      Note: If this option is selected, new annotations are hidden after their creation.
    • Select Show Annotations to display all annotations on the document.
