Hyland Clinician Window has a standard set of metadata or keywords listed across the top of the content list to identify the right content. You can add three more keywords to the existing list to ease the process of searching appropriate content. This enables the users to tag new content with additional metadata, thus making the search results more specific to the requirements. The added keywords appear as the column headers of the Keyword Columns in the Content List of the Hyland Clinician Window.
Note: To configure keyword columns, you must have privileges to the
OnBase Document Types used to populate the Associated Keywords
list.
