The Integration for Encompass requires a user account to authenticate requests from the Encompass workflow and Off-Ramp to the Hyland API Server. This user account is not intended for any other use than this integration and should be assigned a Standard Integration Only (Simultaneous Connections) license type.
- Log into OnBase Configuration
- Navigate to Users | User Names & Passwords
- Enter Encompass-Integration in the textbox and click then click Create.
- Verify under the Licensing panel that the checkbox for Standard Integration-Only (Simultaneous Connections) is checked.
- Enter a strong password in the User Password and Verify Password fields.
- Click Save.
- Select the Encompass-Integration user from the list of Usernames and click the User Groups button
- Assigned the user to the Integration for Encompass user group.
- Click Close.
- Perform an IISRESET for all configuration changes to take effect.
