The Encompass Loan Number to Core System ID autofill set is used to map primary loan identifiers from Encompass to the core banking system. A scheduled import processor should be configured for this autofill set so that the most up to date information is always available for indexing. If the primary loan identifier for the core system is not available during the automated indexing process, those documents will be routed for manual indexing in ENC08 – Document Indexing.
