The ENC07 - Unassigned Attachment Processing life cycle is a message item-based life cycle to process unassigned attachments. Message items entering this queue may have one or more unassigned attachments associated with it. This life cycle determines if the message item needs an additional split to occur at the unassigned attachment level.
