The following licenses are required to integrate Hyland for Workday Financial Management with a customer’s OnBase system:
- Hyland for Workday Integration License
- OnBase Concurrent Client License (minimum of ten licenses required)
- REST API Integration Toolkit license starting with Foundation 22.1
These licenses cover both primary users (Specialists) and secondary users (Non-Specialists). Specialists include roles such as HR, finance administrators with full access while Non-Specialists include roles requiring limited or occasional access such as employees and finance users who need on-demand document views and access.
All licensing, subscription, or other commercial arrangements with Workday related to the host Workday environment are the responsibility of the customer.
