This enables you to configure the resolution of image previews (thumbnails and capture) for a captured document.

To configure the resolution of an Image Preview for Purchase Order:

Note: You must be logged on to Hyland for Workday Financial Management and selected a Business Object to configure. If you have not yet done so, please complete the instructions under Configuring a Business Object.
  1. Navigate to the Configure Image Preview tab.
    Note: If the feature is already configured, select the Configure again? check box to reconfigure it.
    The Configure Image Preview for Purchase Order page is displayed.
  2. Enter values for the following fields for both Scaling Configuration for Thumbnail and Scaling Configuration for Capture :
    • Width
    • Height
  3. Click OK.
