This section has information on the HCMIS-BE service and how to configure settings for installing it.
To enable Hyland for Workday HCM to interact with Workday APIs, you must obtain and install the HCMIS-BE (Hyland Content Management Integration Services for Business Entities) – a multi-tenant, cloud-based backend service. This service and all other relevant artifacts are typically available as an archive package (delivered as a .zip file). For more information on obtaining the archive package, contact your solution provider or Workday administrator.
To configure settings for installing the HCMIS-BE service, you must first create an IIS Application and Application Pool, and then add the HCMIS-BE service to IIS Manager.
