To assign a user to the HFW Administrator user-based security group:

Log in to the Workday Tenant with your credentials.
The Home page is displayed.

In the search box, enter Assign Users to User-Based Security
Group and press Enter.
The Tasks and Reports page is displayed.

From the Tasks and Reports page, click Assign
Users to User-Based Security Group.
The Assign Users to User-Based Security Group dialog box is displayed.
- From the User-Based Security Group drop-down list, search for HFW Administrator and press Enter.

From the search results, select HFW Administrator and
then click OK.
The Assign Users to User-Based Security Group HFW Administrator page is displayed.

In the System Users field, enter a user name to which
you want to assign the HFW Administrator user-based
security group.
A list of one or more user names is displayed.
- Select the check boxes next to one or more user names and then click OK.
