The following licenses are required to integrate Hyland for Workday HCM with a customer’s OnBase system:

Hyland for Workday Integration License

OnBase Concurrent Client License (minimum of ten licenses required)

REST API Integration Toolkit license starting with Foundation 22.1
These licenses cover both primary users (Specialists) and secondary users (Non-Specialists). Specialists include roles such as HR, finance administrators with full access while Non-Specialists include roles requiring limited or occasional access such as employees and finance users who need on-demand document views and access.
All licensing, subscription, or other commercial arrangements with Workday related to the host Workday environment are the responsibility of the customer.
