A service user must be created in the Content Innovation Cloud (CIC) specifically for Intelligent Correspondence for Revenue Cycle (ICRC). This is so that the service user may be assigned tasks needed for ICRC.

Note: This service user is different from the cfs-service user, which runs the CF Broker service. The cfs-service user should already exist as a prerequisite step of the installation.

For more information on how to log in to the Content Innovation Cloud User Portal, see Sign-in Options in the Content Innovation Cloud Administration Portal documentation.
  2. Under System Configuration, click Administration Portal.
    The Dashboard tab is displayed.
  3. Click the Identity tab.
  4. Click Users > Service Users.
