If the fields assigned to an AutoFill Keyword Set have changed in OnBase, you must refresh the lookup in ICRC to reflect the changes.

When a lookup is added to ICRC, it contains the same fields assigned to the AutoFill Keyword Set in OnBase. Lookups in ICRC are not updated automatically when the source AutoFill Keyword Set configuration is changed.

Tip: The Lookup Settings page displays the date and time each lookup was last refreshed. You also can view the external source ID for a lookup by resting your pointer over the lookup's name.

To refresh a lookup:

  1. Open the ICRC application.
    The Home page is displayed.
  2. Click the Configuration tab.
Note: Only administrators have access to the Configuration tab.
The Configuration tab displays the Settings page.
  3. Select Lookup Settings from the side pane.
The Lookup Settings page is displayed.
  4. Find the lookup you want to refresh, and click the Refresh icon (Refresh icon).
A confirmation message is displayed when the refresh succeeds.
  5. Click Save to save the refreshed configuration.
If you refreshed a lookup accidentally, click Cancel instead of Save to undo the refresh.
