The following pages in Studio Admin may help with troubleshooting issues in Intelligent Correspondence for Revenue Cycle (ICRC): Process Instances, User Tasks, Service Tasks, and Audit. These pages are available in the sidebar under Process Admin.
Process Instances
The Process Instances page shows processes that are currently running in a deployed application. You can monitor the processes that a batch flows through using this page.
Click the vertical ellipsis menu at the far right of any Process Instance row to access the following troubleshooting tools:
-
Service Tasks displays the Service Task page, where you can view errors or attempt to replay the task.
-
Variables allows you to view all the variables and their latest value in this step. This is helpful for checking the batch state or other step-specific variables.
-
Audit displays the Audit page automatically filtered to this process.
-
Diagram displays the model diagram and highlights where the documents currently are in this process. If a task is outlined in red, an error has occurred.
Note: Not all errors trigger the red color coding. -
Cancel cancels the existing process and cleans up tasks in the application. For example, if a process has stalled, you may want to cancel it and re-import the batch.
Service Tasks
The Service Tasks page shows the individual tasks that are currently running in a deployed application. This page is especially helpful when there is an integration step. If an error occurs, the error can be reviewed and the task may be replayed.
Click the vertical ellipsis menu at the far right of any Service Task row to access the following troubleshooting tools:
-
View Error: If the task status is ERROR, then you can quickly view the error here.
-
Replay: For many tasks that have an error status, it can be helpful to replay the task a few times to trigger logging. Sometimes the error is simply a service interruption, and replaying the task will resolve the issue.
Audit Page
The Audit page shows the individual events performed for each task. It can help you track down when variables were changed or find integration errors related to service task errors.
