The ICRC01 - CIC Integration Batch Sending life cycle notifies Intelligent Correspondence for Revenue Cycle (ICRC) of new batches for processing.

ICRC01 - Send to CIC

When a batch is completed in the ICRC scan queue (using Capture Process Designer), a Correspondence Batch Notification Unity Form is created for the batch. The form is sent to the ICRC01 - Send to CIC queue, where a script notifies ICRC that a batch is ready to pull. When ICRC receives the notification, it uses Content Federation Services (CFS) to upload the batch into ICRC.

ICRC01 - Error Handling

If the script errors out, then the Correspondence Batch Notification form is sent to the ICRC01 - Error Handling queue for administration. The form contains an error message indicating the issue that occurred.

The following tasks are available for administrative use:

  • Resend Batch: This task sends the form back to the ICRC01 - Send to CIC queue, where OnBase will resend the notification to ICRC that the batch is ready for upload.
  • Remove: This task removes the form from the life cycle and cancels the notification to ICRC. The batch is not uploaded.
