The Intelligent MedRecords (IMR) solution requires the installation of certain components, such as the MCA WebAPI and CF Broker.
The steps outlined in this section are performed by members of Hyland. For cloud-hosted customers, Hyland CPE needs to perform the installation steps. For customers with an on-premise OnBase implementation, Hyland Services needs to be engaged to perform the installation steps.
