A solution deviation is any divergence from the standard Intelligent MedRecords (IMR) solution. Major deviations need to be communicated to and approved by Hyland Services/Support.
Major Deviations
- Any changes to the Medical Record Base Class configuration
- Any changes to the standard Automate workflow other than designated pre- and post-process configuration
- Customization of any tasks or rules that are NOT in a configuration queue in the following
OnBase life cycles:
- CMR01 - CIC Integration Batch Sending
- CMR02 - CIC Integration Batch Receiving
Minor Deviations
- Creation of custom Automate user groups
- Creation of internal Automate users
- Customization of any tasks or rules in a configuration queue in the following
OnBase life cycles:
- CMR01 - CIC Integration Batch Sending
- CMR02 - CIC Integration Batch Receiving
