Intelligent MedRecords (IMR) returns documents to OnBase as either Medical Record Base Class documents or IMR - Rejected Documents.
CMR02 - Document Reindex
Medical Record Base Class documents are sent to the CMR02 - Document Reindex queue. The Medical Record Base Class Document Type contains information about the OnBase Document Type and keywords to assign to the document. In the CMR02 - Document Reindex, a script re-indexes documents to the correct Document Types.
CMR02 - Document Review
Documents in the IMR - Rejected Documents Document Type are sent to the CMR02 - Document Review queue. These documents have been rejected by IMR users for various reasons, such as poor image quality.
The CMR02 - Document Review queue allows users to perform the following tasks:
- Reindex Document: This task allows the user to select a new Document Type and set the appropriate keywords.
- Delete Document: This task records the reviewer's name and the date of review before deleting the document.
- Review Complete: This task leaves the Document Type set as IMR - Rejected Documents. The document is kept in the system with the reviewer's name and the date and time of review.
CMR02 - Exception Handling
Optional validation steps perform a secondary check on the documents reindexed in the CMR02 - Document Reindex queue to ensure the required primary keywords are present. If the validation check fails, the document is sent to the CMR02 - Exception Handling queue where it can be reviewed and reindexed by users.
The CMR02 - Exception Handling queue allows users to perform the following tasks:
- Reindex Document: This task allows the user to select a new Document Type and set the appropriate keywords.
- Delete Document: This task records the reviewer's name and the date of review before deleting the document.
