You can manually enter values into the keyword fields provided.

To manually enter a value:

  1. Click in the field where you want to enter a value.
  2. If the field has an existing value, double-click the value to select it.
  3. Type the new value into the field.
  4. If the field is a primary lookup field, press ENTER to run an automated lookup.

Only primary lookup fields can trigger automated lookups.

    • If one matching value set is found, the lookup populates the corresponding fields in the Data Validation pane with values from the matching result. Existing values in those fields are overwritten with values from the matching result.
    • If multiple matching value sets are found, then the Lookup window displays the matching results. Double-click a result to populate or overwrite the existing values in the Data Validation pane.
    • If no matching value sets are found, then the field is highlighted in red, and the message Match Not Found is displayed beneath it.
  5. When finished, click Save to save the changes.
