Issue: While loading the OnBase Migration Dashboard within OnBase Integration for Salesforce, an error message is displayed: "An error occurred while fetching session history summary. Please try again or contact your system administrator."

Solution: Salesforce doesn’t restrict users from creating a record with the same DeveloperName field for multiple Salesforce objects and types across various APIs as the one in the Salesforce managed package. Hence, duplicate records can be created. To prevent the error message from appearing, you must delete duplicate records.

To search and delete duplicate records:

  1. After logging in to the Salesforce environment, click Setup from the top-right.
    The Home page is displayed.
  2. In the Quick Find search box, enter Custom Metadata Types and press Enter.
The Custom Metadata Types page is displayed.
  3. From the displayed results, search for the label OnBase File Extensions and click Manage Records next to it.
The OnBase File Extensions page containing a list of file extensions is displayed.
  4. Search for one or more file extensions that are duplicated and click Del next to a duplicate file extension.
If you selected a file extension and clicked Del next to it, a confirmation pop-up is displayed.
  5. Click OK.
The selected file extension is deleted.
