Issue: While migrating Salesforce documents, the session doesn't function as expected and the following error appears: "An error occurred within the Unity API: Keyword type <keyword ID> was not found for document type <document type ID>."

Solution: This error message appears if keyword types are missing from document types in OnBase after they are configured in the application. If changes are made to the configurations in OnBase, such as the Document Type, Document Type Group, Keyword Type, Keyword Type Group, ensure the same changes are made in OnBase Integration for Salesforce. You can use the OnBase Mappings section in OnBase Integration for Salesforce to configure keywords.
