After your initial configuration of PACSgear Enterprise Server, review the following backup recommendations.

Make a copy of the PACSgear Core Server\config directory.

Backup the PGCore database.

Backup any files you manually changed to support custom environments. For example, any web.config files you modified to support load balanced environments.

Optional. Backup the PGCore database on a daily basis.
Note: All
audit and job information is stored in the PGCore database. As a
result, backups of the database may include PHI.
