Adjust the TCP MaxUserPort setting to ensure the maximum number of TCP ports are available to the Integration Server application server. Many Windows systems default to a start port of 49152 and end port of 65535. The start port can be set a low as 1025 to increase the range of available ports to the maximum allowed value. For more information refer to Microsoft documentation for TCP MaxUserPort.
Adjust the TcpTimedWaitDelay value to reduce the length of time that a TCP connection stays in the TIME_WAIT state when being closed. By reducing this delay sockets can be reused more readily. This value must be at least twice the TCP Maximum Segment Lifetime (MSL) on the network. For more information refer to Microsoft documentation for TcpTimedWaitDelay.
