When you use a Single mode capture profile to scan one or more pages, Perceptive Content creates a single document. To scan a file using a Single mode capture profile, complete the following steps.

This procedure requires a privilege and a capture profile set to Scanner source and Single mode.
  1. Load the page in the scanner.
  2. On the Perceptive Content toolbar, click the arrow next to the Capture button and select a capture profile set to the Scanner source and the Single mode.
If the capture profile you select or the application plan in use has any values that require user input, the Proposed Keys dialog box appears.
  3. Optional. In the Proposed Keys dialog box, perform the following substeps:
    1. To store the new document in the folder or drawer path you define, under Location, click the Create Location button, and then in the Create Location dialog box, enter the location values you want, and click OK.
    2. To apply property values, in the Proposed Keys dialog box, under Document Keys, select the values you want, including any Notes you want to add, and click Capture.
