To make a view active or to disable a view open in View Designer, complete the following steps.
- In View Designer, in the Designer toolbar, click the Properties button.

In the View Properties dialog box,
on the General tab, do one of the following
options:
- To make the view visible to users with appropriate privileges, select the Is active check box.
- To hide the view from the Views pane, clear the Is active check box.
- Click OK.
