Form Administrators are trusted network administrators for TransForm E-Forms Manager and manage all aspects of security, form publishing, and data collection. There are, however, several access levels for Form Administrators ranging from Level 0 (Account Disabled) to Level 4 (Full Administrator Rights).
Level 0, Account Disabled: A former Form Administrator who no longer has access to TransForm E-Forms Manager. This account is kept on file for auditing purposes. A Level 0 Form Administrator has no access to TransForm E-Forms Manager, but may continue to have end user access rights if these are defined in the End Users screen.
Level 1, View Form Catalog: A Level 1 Form Administrator can view forms and details but cannot edit them. In addition, this person does not have access to the Administration tab.
Level 2, Edit Form Catalog: A Level 2 Form Administrator can view and edit forms and form details but cannot publish forms. In addition, this person does not have access to the Administration tab.
Level 3, Publish Forms: A Level 3 Form Administrator can view, edit, and change form details as well as publish forms; however, this person does not have access to the Administration tab.
Level 4, Full Administrator Rights: A Level 4 Form Administrator has complete control over TransForm E-Forms Manager. These accounts should be limited and include control over other Form Administrator and End User accounts.
You can add up to five (5) Form Administrators to your system to manage form publishing and processing.
Select Form Administrators from the Administration tab to display and edit a list of all users who have administrator rights for TransForm E-Forms Manager. Only Level 4 Form Administrators have access to this tab.
