Folders

This list contains the views and folders contained within the selected mail-in database. You can control whether a folder/view is indexed by clicking the drop down box to the left of each item. See Email Indexing Rules for more information about defining advanced email rules.

Index attachments as well as email contents

Instructs Perceptive Search to index the attachments as well as the email messages. Perceptive Search will only index the attachments that correspond to one of the "File Types" specified for this index.

Click Finish to save the email indexing rule.
