New Index Wizard - Personal Information Index

If you selected personal information, you will presented with a list of detected personal information stores on your system, this includes Emails, Web Browsers and My Documents. If this does not include the system you are looking for, try clicking Back and selecting Other.

Select the systems you wish to include in the following indexes.

• My Documents
  Creates an index of the user's My Documents (i.e. the My Documents on the desktop). If you wish to index other folders on the system, click the Add Files to Index button.
• My Emails
  Creates an index of the selected email systems, Perceptive Search will only show the email systems that is has detected on the system. Perceptive Search currently supports these email systems:
  
  • Outlook
  • Outlook Express
  • Eudora
  • Thunderbird
  • Lotus Notes Mail
  • Vista Mail
• My Internet History
  Creates an index of the selected web browsers histories, Perceptive Search will only show the web browsers that is has detected on the system. Supported web browsers are:
  
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • Firefox
  • Mozilla

Check Index email attachments if you wish to include the email attachments in the index.

Note: You can always edit the indexes configuration rules later using the Indexing Rules screen.

Click Next when ready, you will be directed to the Update Schedule Page.
