Creates a mailing URL.

Parameters:

request - the current request

docId - the ID of the document to mail

elements - the structure of the document

text - the Mail text

subject - the subject of the mail

Mailing URL

UnsupportedEncodingException - encoding error when creating URL

getUrlMailingURL

Creates a url mailing URL.

Parameters:

request - the current request
