Keyboard Shortcuts

The following keyboard shortcuts can be used to access Perceptive Enterprise Search - Local Administration Console functionality.

CTRL-M Menu-Assisted query
CTRL-N Adds a new query tab and sets focus to it.
CTRL-O Open an index
CTRL-Q Load the custom query form
CTRL-R Sort results
CTRL-S Add to saved queries
CTRL-ALT-S Saved query list
CTRL-ALT-V Perform a quick search on the text on the clipboard
CTRL-W Web Style query
CTRL-X Prompts to close all active tabs.
CTRL-Y Browse a Concept Taxonomy query
DEL Hide document from result list
F4 Launch document in it's original application
CTRL-F4 Close active tab
F12 Jump to the toolbar query input
CTRL + ALT + B Flag document with color BLUE
CTRL + ALT + Y Flag document with color YELLOW
CTRL + ALT + D Flag document with color RED
CTRL + ALT + G Flag document with color GREEN
CTRL + ALT + P Flag document with color PURPLE
CTRL + ALT + N Flag document with color BROWN
CTRL + ALT + U Clear document's flags.

CTRL-N Gather text to Notepad
CTRL-ALT-N Next document
CTRL-P Print document
CTRL-ALT-P Previous document
CTRL-Q + click Annotate document with query annotation at the point where you clicked
CTRL-S Save Document to file
CTRL-T Annotate document with text note
F3 Find next
F4 Launch document in it's original application
CTRL-PGDN Navigate to next hit
CTRL-PGUP Navigate to previous hit
KEYPAD + Next document
KEYPAD - Previous document
