View the word frequency of an index
The Word Frequency Report lists the words that occur in the selected index and
how often they occur. You may use the information from the Word Frequency Report
to determine which words you should include in the Common Word List, or which words
may be misrepresented by the inclusion of significant or insignificant characters.

If you want to view only words that occur beginning with a certain character

Leaving both fields blank will display all the words that have been indexed in
the selected index. You may combine both parameters, that is, to display a list
of words beginning with certain characters that also occur over a certain number
of times in the index. Results can be saved to a file for later viewing by
clicking Log and selecting a location for the file. When you have entered the
desired parameters of the report, click OK. - Show most frequent words only
This option is designed to help determine which words are good candidates for
adding to the common word list. Adding words to the common word list improves
performance of both indexing and querying Perceptive Search indexes.
- You can log the output of a reindex by clicking the Log button.
